Our Story

Founded in 2015 by the late Robin Anthony Storck and David Crute, Project Control Limited was established with a vision to deliver exceptional outcomes through expert project and cost management. Rooted in Fiji but with global expertise, the company embraces values-driven delivery, independence, and ethical practices. Our ethos is simple: evidence-based delivery, sustainability, transparency, and local knowledge paired with international standards. Over the past decade, we’ve grown into Fiji’s largest independent project management consultancy, delivering some of the nation’s most complex projects, from the Nadi Airport Terminal Modernisation to major resort redevelopments.
